The WCRS site has extensive links to other ragtime sites and maintains a current calendar of ragtime events.  In addition, they present their annual West Coast Ragtime Festival in Rancho Cordova each November. They also list ragtime performers and vendors of ragtime recordings, folios, and books.

A small beach town that once banned ragtime dancing now hosts the Santa Cruz Ragtime Festival at the end of February. This festival features many of the same performers you enjoy in Sutter Creek, with venues along the Pacific Garden Mall area, including the Calvary Church, Veterans Memorial Hall, Museum of Art & History, Kuumbwa Jazz Center, and even outside right on the sidewalk of Pacific Avenue.
Sutter Creek is no longer the only old Western town to host a ragtime festival. The Durango Ragtime & Early Jazz Festival is a new event held in March based in the historic Strater Hotel in Durango, Colorado. For three days, the hotel will be filled with the sounds of old ragtime tunes and the beginning of early jazz entertainment by an assorted group of the best ragtime entertainers in the world &mdash' from young to seasoned and spirited to swanky. Festival goers will also enjoy informative and fun education sessions given by the entertainers, dance lessons, silent movies accompanied by live ragtime music, dueling pianos, after-hours parties, food and festivities, and more, including a Farewell Sunday Brunch in the Diamond Belle Saloon.
The Charles Templeton Ragtime/Jazz Festival is held every March on the Mississippi State University campus. Sponsored by the University Library and the Charles Templeton Sr Music Museum, the festival serves as a means of enhancing research in the area of ragtime music, and introducing people to the sounds of ragtime being performed by world-renowned ragtime musicians. The festival features a blend of concerts, seminars and tours of the museum. The university also maintains a sheet music digital archive which contains a large amount of ragtime music that you can download for free.

The Bitterroot Valley Ragtime Society meets the first Saturday of each month, 4-6 p.m. at the Hamilton Pub in Victor, Montana. For further information, please call (406) 961-3245 or Email
